THE ARCH

(1988)

The eight meters high arch is a modified copy of that designed by Sir Edward Lutyens for the Royal Mughal gardens of the Viceroy’s Palace in New Delhi.

The path returns towards the lake, passes the peat bridge, and enjoys views of the Allée de Thuyas on the opposite side of the lake, as well as the statue of Quan at the water's edge.
