LAC DES LIBELLULES
(1962)
The lake, named after the bottle-blue dragonflies that fly over it, serves as a summer habitat for wild ducks and a good amount of brook trout. Large bouquets of Iris sibirica and Irispseudacorus grow on its periphery with rhubarb and aconites (Aconitum carmichaelii). The opposite slope is covered with perennials, which gradually fill the space as they flower in July.
