THE POOL

Designed by Edward J. Mathews, the Swimming Pool is a fan-shaped and curved parallelogram, conforming to the site's topography. An interesting feature comes from the water surface which, level with the surrounding grass, simultaneously allows the swimmer to admire the view of the valley landscape. The roof of the bathroom cabins has the shape of a tetrahedron (a roof made up of four equilateral triangles) resting on a cube.
