THE HOUSE

The heiress of Francis Cabot, his daughter Marianne, undertook a complete renovation of the house, which began in 2022 and will be completed in 2025. Some modifications were made, and the French provincial style was respected. The modern comfort blends perfectly with a concern for respecting architectural integrity. The plans for the renovation were drawn by architect Ted Bressoud of Louisville, Kentucky, in collaboration with Susan Moloney, also of Louisville, for the decoration. The work was carried out under the supervision of Louis Roy of La Malbaie.
